A truck driver was driving his rig through Texas for the first time, suddenly he saw that a highway patrolman was pulling him over.
He stopped, rolled his window down when the officer approached. The officer reached in and hit him over the head with a stick.
"Ouch," said the driver, "why’d you do that?"
The officer replied,"you didn't have your license out when I came up to the truck."
"Sorry, I'm not from around here and didn't know the local customs," the trucker said.
After checking the truckers license and seeing that he had a clean record, the officer returned the license to the trucker. He then went over to the passenger side of the truck and asked the guy to roll down the window. After the passenger did, the officer reach in and hit that guy over the head with a stick.
"Now, why the heck did you do that?", he asked.
"Just making your wishes come true" the officer answered.
The passenger said, "what to you mean by that?"
"Well, the officer says, a couple of miles down the road you're going to say, "I wish he'd tried that shit with me!" |
